Our Managing Director, Daniel Leggett is delighted to be chairing the new East Coast Manufacturing Group that will be launched on the 8th June by NAAME (New Anglia Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering).
One of seven regional manufacturing groups within Norfolk and Suffolk, the ECMG has been formed to help shape the manufacturing and engineering sector in the Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Waveney and surrounding areas! The group will offer a trusted forum for local engineering and manufacturing businesses to make contact with one another and to share ideas, challenges and best practice within a culture of mutual support and encouragement. A current topic is the skill levels required from apprentices, their training and how local businesses work with our HE colleges to ensure that we have skilled people joining our workforces.
